This site is dedicated to our friend and warrior Col. (Dr.) Randall Falk. He ‘connected’ the right people and got this project moving forward. Col. (Dr.) Randall Falk (Deceased), Age 54, September 10, 2008. Colonel (Dr.) Randall M. Falk was the Air Surgeon, National Guard Bureau, Washington, DC. He served as the Director, Medical Services on the staff of the Director of the Air National Guard. His responsibilities included coordinating medical policy, plans and program for the Air National Guard. Colonel Falk was commissioned in the Air National Guard in 1983 during his urology residency at Vanderbilt University. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Tennessee and his B.S. from Vanderbilt University. His active and traditional Guard and Air Force assignments have been focused on aerospace medicine, occupational medicine, and public health. In 1996, he became the first physician to complete the National Security Fellowship at John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Most recently, he completed the US Air Force’s Residency in Aerospace Medicine (RAM) and began examining the role of the ANG Medical Service in the Air Expeditionary Force (AEF), Homeland Security, and international health/humanitarian deployments. Colonel Falk is an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and a Chief Flight Surgeon with more than 500 hours in fighter, trainer, airlift and refueling aircraft.

Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D, is Distinguished Professor Emeritus , University of Waterloo, Ontario , Canada and he is presently Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Miami. He is also Research Director of the Melissa Institute for Violence Prevention in Miami.
He is one of the founders of cognitive-behavioral therapy and in a survey reported in the American Psychologist, North American psychologists vote Dr. Meichenbaum to be “ one of the ten most influential psychotherapists of the century.”

Ross Beurmann, Recently returned to the Washington DC Metropolitan area after serving four years in the United States Army as a Common Ground Station Platoon Sergeant.
Ross started his Army Career as the Honor Graduate of his Basic Training class. From Korea Ross Deployed to Iraq and Served as the JIDC Operations NCO and the Military Police, to Military Intelligence Liaison Officer for the JIDC. From the JIDC in Iraq he was moved to the position of CGS platoon sergeant. His team was credited with two successful targeting packages leading to the capture of 60 insurgents and two weapons caches. Ross stayed in the platoon sergeant roll until his honorable discharge at the Rank of E-5 in August 2005. Shortly after being discharged from the Army, Ross began his technology career based upon a passion for innovation and Business Process Management. Since joining MetroStar in 2007, Ross has worked on Multiple New Media Technology projects most importantly Vision 21 Care.

Derek Yale, is a proud member of the MetroStar New Media Team, and co-administrator and New Media Producer for Vision 21 Care. Prior to joining MetroStar, Derek attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Tufts University. His hometown will always be Reston, where he lives now with his friends and family. Derek created his first webpage in 1999: A simple Geocities site for sharing home-made videos with his friends. Since then, Derek has been evolving his multimedia skills and the web into a new form of content delivery and is excited about bringing these experiences towards supporting our nations Warriors through Vision 21 Care!
